Shipping Time: All items paid by 3:00 PM EST will ship next business day. The ones paid after that time, will ship the following business day. Holidays, Saturday and Sundays are not business days. If your item was purchased after 3:00 PM EST on Friday, it will be shipped on Saturday if carrier is opened, otherwise on Monday.

Shipping Options Available: Our standard shipping will be through either USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. If you need your purchase faster, we can look into expedited shipping for an additional cost. If FedEx shipping is used, please enter a physical address during the checkout, as FedEx will not ship to a PO Box. All shipments will comply with applicable carrier regulations and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 49. Items classified as ORM-D will labeled as such and will not be eligible for international shipping.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Buyer must contact us for shipping rates prior to purchase. The offered shipping cost upon check out applies only to 48 states.

Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs: If the item you received is defective, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.

Item(s) Damaged Or Lost in Shipping: All shipments are fully insured. We will file an insurance claim and you will receive a full refund, in case of damaged item that is not repairable. You must keep the item and its packaging for up to 8 business days as the carrier may inspect it. If your item was lost in transit, the carrier has 8 business days to locate the package. If your package is not found, you will receive a full refund.

Return Policy: You are welcome to return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. You must contact us prior to returning an item for it to be accepted. In the event there is nothing wrong with the returned item(s), you are responsible for the return shipping cost and you will be charged 60% restocking fee. Please note that if you have paid extra for a faster shipping option (for example 2nd Day Air), the additional shipping cost is nonrefundable. In addition, we are only able to cover return shipping from the address that we shipped your order to.

International Shipping and to U.S. Protectorates: If you’re from a different country or U.S. Protectorates, you need to contact us about shipping costs prior to purchase. Some shipments may be large and(or) heavy and costly to ship internationally, please be advised. International buyers are responsible for all customs fees and taxes (if applicable) of their country.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We are unable to provide a prepaid return label to buyers outside of the United States. We will instead reimburse return shipping costs. Please contact us for details.
